The house has recently been remodeled. All rooms in the house are non- smoking. Each sun filled room has large windows, window blinds, a ceiling fan, King size bed with all linens, dresser, nightstand, TV, comfy chair, and a table lamp. Shared house space features 2 bathrooms, an eat in kitchen, laundry area, and a large lounge area. There is plenty of outdoor space with a large covered front porches, garden space, back yard , and patio area. Security locks on exterior and interior room doors ensure the safety and privacy of each resident. Also included are all utilities, the internet, house phone, computer and printer, kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans, and utensils, cleaning products, paper products, water, sewer, trash and recycling pickup.
The only thing you need to buy is your food, toiletries, and laundry soap!!

Rent Rates: Rooms with shared bath are $200 per week. A second adult over the age of 18 in an additional $50 per week.
First weeks’ rent and a $200 security deposit are required to move in and must be paid via Venmo or CashApp. We do not accept cash, credit cards, or checks.

Rent payments are accepted via Cash App or Venmo. We do not accept cash, credit cards, or checks.

Yes, your friends and family are welcome to visit! After all, this is your home! Adult visitors may spend the night up to two (2) nights in a week without an additional charge. More than 2 nights will be charged an additional $50 for that week.

Pets are allowed on approval. All dogs and cats must be spayed or neutered up to date on vaccinations, and on flea/tick medication. Dogs must weigh less than 25 pounds. There is a limit of two pets per room. There is a $15 per week charge for each pet, paid with your weekly rent.
There is no pet deposit fee.

There is no charge for parking. Limited parking is available off street on the property. Overflow parking is available in the lot across the street.
Motorcycle and bicycle parking are provided at the rear of the property.
